WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR HMO:
Your HMO may require you to have a referral from your Primary Care Physician (PCP) prior to your chiropractic appointment. This is most common with Kaiser Permanente, MDIPA and MAMSI but may be required with other insurance plans. Please call your insurance provider and ask the insurance representative if you need a referral prior to chiropractic treatment. If you would like to be treated without first receiving a referral, please contact us prior to your visit to discuss ways that we can work with you and your insurance carrier.
